Next, we install everything we sell.  In the case of our hearth products, this requires meeting all building and fire codes, and installing the entire system to meet all manufacturer specifications.  For our window treatments and window awnings, we carefully plan and measure, so there are no surprises when it comes time to hang the shades, blinds, and shutters.  Our solar electric and hot water systems require an extensive site visit to plan for the design, construction, and installation, to ensure maximum system efficiency once it’s up and running.

Finally, we believe the most valuable service we can provide is for the long term care of your purchase.  In this day of internet sales, big box stores, and discount shopping, well, sorry, we believe you get what you pay for!  Even if you can find a reputable product with a good warranty, professional installation may be hard to come by, and professional after-the-sale service virtually nonexistent.  We make sure that you have access to our service technicians who can maintain, troubleshoot, and repair your product, so that it performs as promised for years to come!
